Completed in 2024, Bun Mee’s 5th location on Steiner Street in San Francisco’s Marina District builds on past iterations’ brand elements while introducing new features to evoke a lively and culturally authentic atmosphere consistent with the urban street markets of Hanoi. This TI project involved the removal and addition of interior walls, new floors, finishes, custom millwork design, coordination with MEP consultants, a graphic designer, and a kitchen equipment specialist.
