This full remodel of a 4900 SF home on an active orange & avocado farm involves the renewal of the exterior walls and facade, footings, the addition and removal of interior walls, new floors, finishes and millwork. The greatest success of this project is the reimagining of the north facade with the implementation of full-height glazing which captures views of the San Gorgonio range while largely improving the natural day lighting of the home’s common spaces.
